Faena.team for online stores

Your store keeps serving customers when you are not there.

Hire a small team to handle questions, orders that need attention, and commercial work that keeps slipping. You review refunds, discounts, publishing, and commitments before they go out.

One store, several queues

Daily work has an owner.

Start with one queue. Once the team learns your criteria, expand the scope.

01

Support without guessing

Answers from your catalogue, policies, and the real order. Unclear cases come back to you.

02

Watch the exceptions

Spots delays, blocked payments, low stock, and returns before they disappear in the queue.

03

Catch missed calls

A Receptionist with its own number answers, summarizes, and leaves appointments or callbacks for review.

04

Move growth forward

A team prepares listings, campaigns, and analysis toward a goal, with review before publishing.

Autonomy with boundaries

The store moves. Judgment stays yours.

Faena.team separates repeatable work from decisions involving money, reputation, or external commitments. You do not watch every step; only work that genuinely needs a person reaches your inbox.

Ask for an outcome. The Coordinator builds the way of working.

  1. 01

    Describe what gets stuck

“Every Monday we lose the morning answering where each order is.”

  2. 02

Review the team and its limits

See who works, what data they can read, and which actions need your approval.

  3. 03

    Approve only the exceptions

Routine work continues. Refunds, discounts, and commitments reach one inbox.

Before connecting your store

What you should know.

Can I connect Shopify?

Shopify is the first commerce connection we are preparing for this early-access model. It requires your own Shopify credentials and is enabled store by store while certification is completed.

What about WooCommerce or PrestaShop?

They are not yet part of the certified portfolio. Tell us which platform you use: real compatibility and scope are confirmed before we propose an employee.

Can it answer phone calls?

Yes. A Receptionist can have its own number, answer missed calls, work from the information you authorize, and leave a recording, transcript, summary, and any commitment pending review.

Can it issue refunds or discounts on its own?

You decide the policy. The recommended setup prepares the action and asks for approval on refunds, discounts, supplier orders, publishing, and any exception with cost or external impact.

Do I have to design the workflows?

No. Tell the Coordinator the result you want. It proposes who works, which information they use, what they can do alone, and which decisions remain yours.

Where should I start?

Start with one repeated, measurable queue: shipping questions, order tracking, or stock exceptions. Once the team learns your criteria and you trust its work, expand the scope.
